Our company was founded by a first responder, and we build our products based on a simple code: do the right thing and stand by your work. We bring that same commitment to our customer service.

We offer a 30-day return window, which begins the day your package is marked as “Delivered.”

1. Our “Fairness” Guarantee

We believe in fairness, which means we take responsibility for our mistakes and trust you to be honest with us.

If We Made a Mistake

If your adapter arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, we will make it right—period. We will cover 100% of the costs to get you a replacement, including return shipping and original shipping costs.

If You Changed Your Mind

If you ordered the wrong adapter or simply changed your mind, we understand. We will accept your return, no questions asked. In this case, we just ask that you cover the cost of the return shipping.

2. Return Eligibility

For a standard return (change of mind), the following conditions apply:

       The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

       The adapter and all its components must be in “like-new” condition—free from visible scratches, scuffs, or signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

       The item must be in its original packaging with all included accessories.

Restocking Fee: Items returned in used or damaged condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price, or the return may be rejected at our discretion.

Partial Returns: If an item is returned missing components or accessories, a partial refund may be issued reflecting the cost of the missing items.

3. Order Cancellations

Our goal is to get you back on the road as quickly and safely as possible. To make that happen, orders are transmitted to our fulfillment partner automatically and may enter fulfillment immediately after checkout.

       Cancellations are only possible if an order has not yet entered fulfillment. Orders typically enter fulfillment within 1 hour of checkout.

       Once an order enters fulfillment or ships, it cannot be canceled.

If an order cannot be canceled, it must be delivered and returned under this 30-Day Fairness Policy.

4. How to Start a Return

We’ve made it simple. Please visit our Return Portal to begin. You will need your order number and email address.

5. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we will email you to confirm. If your return is approved:

       A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

       For defective or incorrect items, we will also refund any original shipping costs you paid.

       For change-of-mind returns, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
