Questions

Which EVs are compatible with Velectr adapters?

Our CCS1 adapter works with any non-Tesla EV that uses the CCS1 charging standard — Rivian, Ford F-150 Lightning, BMW, Hyundai, Kia, Chevrolet, and more. Our J1772 adapter works with any EV that has a J1772 charge port. Check your vehicle's charge port type if you're unsure which adapter you need.

Can I use this at any Fast Charger?

Our NACs to CCS1 adapter is designed for V3 and V4 fast chargers. It will not work at older V2 units. The best way to find a compatible station is by using your vehicle's native navigation system (Not CarPlay or Android Auto) or the Tesla app and filtering for "Open to All EVs".

Our NACs to J1772 is not designed for DC fast charging and SHOULD NOT be used for this purpose.

What safety certifications do your adapters have?

Our J1772 adapter is CSA certified to the UL2252 standard — the same rigorous safety benchmark used for professional EV charging equipment. Our CCS1 adapter has UL certification pending. Both are built with high-grade materials and undergo strict quality control. This is safety-engineered charging equipment, not a cheap import.

What's your warranty and return policy?

Every Velectr adapter comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong, reach out to us and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, no hassle. We also offer a 14-day return window if you're not satisfied for any reason. We stand behind what we build.
